With an agent force of more than 20,000 and an employee base of nearly 3,400, HomeServices of America generated more than $57 billion in sales volume through 180,000 real estate transactions.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, HomeServices Relocation, LLC has a national network of relocation associates strategically distributed across the United States to optimize effectiveness and efficiency. Our relocation volume in 2006 made us one of the top relocation companies in the nation, providing integrated relocation services including brokerage, mortgage origination, title, insurance, closing and other home-related services. Through our highly recognized brand name real estate brokerage firms and mortgage and title services, we establish solid relationships with our relocation customers as they market or shop for a home. HomeServices Relocation is the umbrella entity over the relocation divisions within the HomeServices family of companies. These companies have an average operating history of more than 54 years in residential real estate and relocation. HomeServices’ umbrella entity has been in the relocation management business for nine years with major management centers in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
