Expatriation Policy Counseling and Assignment Management
Our Global Services Consultants work closely with each employee to administer and deliver benefits outlined in the policy. They will provide assistance and resources regarding schools, dependent care, recreational activities, proper documentation and banking/financial considerations. Based on this knowledge, our Global Services Consultants provide advice and support through the home finding and settling-in processes and act as an on-going resource for the duration of the assignment.
When the assignment is complete and it’s time to return home, HomeServices Relocation will coordinate all program benefits and services. Acting as an advocate, the Global Services Consultant provides policy counseling and arranges and monitors all services to make certain that the move back to their home country is successful.
U.S. Property Management
Your employee may not wish to sell their home while on assignment. HomeServices Relocation offers a full service program which coordinates an evaluation of the property, finding a tenant and managing the lease. We can also oversee the management of the property in the event the employee chooses to have their home remain vacant. In either case we will work with our local partners to provide counseling, support and administration of details.
